- 7 new HTTP routes: POST /v1/devices/{add,remove}, GET /v1/fleet/{status,monitor}, POST /v1/fleet/{deploy,rollback,stop}
- docs/product-surfaces.json: own 5 stray groups (auth+sales → identity-access-billing, test-quants → compile-artifact-verification, deploy+test-device → deployment-edge-federated) closes 727 vs 736 catalog mismatch
- 4 cache lock-in tests relaxed to active-CACHE regex+threshold (per W886 #9 / W446 #5 pattern)
- public/sw.js: v120 → v121 (wave896-uc12-fleet-http-routes)
- server.js: degraded-mode boot when provisionTenant throws so /health still answers and operators can introspect
- cli/kolm.js: route 'kolm verify rcpt_...' to wrapper-cli RECEIPTS_VERBS.verify

Per detailed user feedback on the homepage:
- Removed the 'Privilege means...' testimonial + 'How kolm compares / case study' link
cluster ('this part makes no sense').
- Receipt 'massive black brick' FIXED: .kolm-receipt-strip pre used color:var(--ink-1)
(DARK in the light theme) on a #0e1116 dark bg = dark-on-dark. Set explicit light text
(#d4d9e0) + max-height/scroll + mobile font. Now a clean readable terminal card.
- Connectors: wrapping text-boxes -> clean non-wrapping pill chips (flex-wrap, nowrap).
- Mobile-first: 4-step 'Pick the path' grid (repeat(4,1fr)) + connectors now collapse to
1-2 cols under 760/520px (w922-home-mobile style block); ks-race 'same prompt' comparison
gets taller auto-height panes + larger type under 640px (was tiny/cramped).
- Jargon: 'Three surfaces' -> 'Route, distill, run' / 'What kolm does' (you: 'wtf is a surface').
- Repetition: removed the prose spec-sheet dl (the SVG file-tree already shows all 7 entries).
- Deleted the 'Six numbers that describe the system' strip.
- claude-opus-4-7 -> claude-opus-4-8 in the receipt.
Tests updated (W410 #1 numbers-strip removed; W921 #5 rail no longer requires the removed
compare/case-study cluster). Verified via desktop+mobile screenshots. sw v167.

…anonicals + SOTA foundation The v2 promotion was wrong for a conversion-first overhaul: the v1 vertical pages are the CONVERSION-INSTRUMENTED canonicals (wave889-8: /account/signup?industry, /book-demo, distill·run·verify trio, receipt CID, wave889-vertical.css). The richer-but-unwired v2 content replaced them and broke wave889-8 #3/#4/#5/#12. Richer != better-converting. - defense/finance/legal restored to v1 (conversion-wired); -v2 stay redirect stubs -> base (dedup preserved, healthcare-v2 precedent). devtools (/devtools) net-new kept. - defense gains a real /self-host air-gap CTA (on-point conversion path for defense buyers); wave272 #15 now checks the real /self-host page. - Foundation for the exhaustive upgrade: docs/website-overhaul/SOTA-STANDARD.md (per-page gate) + positioning.json (canonical strings + banned terms; generators import it). Green: wave272 18/18, wave889-8-12 12/12, wave889-8-34 12/12, site 7/7, wave538 6/6, wave225 14/14. Remaining suite reds are pre-existing/environmental (CLI --doctor timeouts, ship-gate meta-tests need prod, account/models.html marker + /v1/serve/pods — folded into the account upgrade).
