This PR was drafted with Claude Code, however I personally reviewed every change including:

1. ran the full validation suite (brew audit --cask --new --online, brew style --fix, brew install --cask, brew uninstall --cask)
2. Confirmed the ActivityWatch.app bundle ID matches the existing cask (justifying conflicts_with).
3. Reviewed the zap stanza mirrors the existing stable cask, also picked up a number of extra files and folders that needed to be removed due to changes in the application
