Bumping to 2.10.0 broke three tests that hardcoded the version string. Read index_graph.__version__ (and assert semver) so a version bump never breaks the build again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The 2.10.0 bump (PR #31) left three tests red because they hardcoded the version string. This reads index_graph.version and asserts semver, so a bump never breaks the build again. 634 tests pass locally. Unblocks tagging v2.10.0.
