Patch fixes have been applied:

• fix the get_all_nodes function which didn't initialize the nodes so no one could access the necessary attributes. Also removed the GlobalChem Node and the CommonRegexPatterns nodes from returning in this function.
• wrote an internal searchable tsv function for the whole network and can be found within the docs.
