CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE — BINDING CONTRACT:
This document is a legally binding contract between you (whether an individual,
enterprise, corporation, or other legal entity, hereinafter "Licensee" or "You")
and the sole author, architect, and copyright holder, Ahmad Hassan (operating as
"Fractal Compute Orchestrations", hereinafter "Licensor").

Accessing, cloning, viewing, downloading, installing, compiling, executing, or
otherwise utilizing any part of this repository, its source code, architecture
blueprints, mathematical algorithms, neural graph partitions (.pte / .tflite / .ckpt),
UI assets, documentation, or technical specifications (collectively, the "Work")
constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If You do not agree,
You must immediately cease all access, delete all copies, and discontinue use.

1. EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

1.1. Absolute Retention of Rights:
The Work is licensed solely for restricted evaluation, NEVER sold. The Licensor retains
exclusive, complete, and unencumbered ownership of all right, title, and interest in
and to the Work, including but not limited to all patents, patent applications,
copyrights, trade secrets, moral rights, trademarks, and all proprietary mathematical
architectures, pipeline parallel slicing workflows, and telemetry gating controllers.

1.2. No Implied Rights:
Nothing in this Agreement grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any ownership,
license, patent grant, or commercial right not expressly stipulated herein.

2. LIMITED NON-COMMERCIAL EVALUATION GRANT

Subject to strict compliance with all provisions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants
You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal license
exclusively for:
  (a) Non-monetized personal study, educational review, and inspection;
  (b) Non-commercial academic research conducted at accredited institutions, provided
      mandatory academic citation and attribution are maintained pursuant to Section 4; and
  (c) Non-commercial architectural security auditing without compensation or public hosting.

3. STRICT PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION

3.1. Absolute Commercial Exclusion:
ANY COMMERCIAL USE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT REVENUE GENERATION, OR DEPLOYMENT IN SUPPORT OF
FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS OPERATIONS WITHOUT A SEPARATELY EXECUTED COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE LICENSE
IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND CONSTITUTES WILLFUL INFRINGEMENT.

3.2. Prohibited Activities (Including but not limited to):
  (a) Incorporating, embedding, sublicensing, packaging, or linking the Work (or any derivative
      work thereof) into any commercial software, product, SDK, or closed-source application;
  (b) Operating the Work as a hosted service, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service
      (PaaS), API endpoint, or commercial decentralized compute provider;
  (c) Utilizing the Work to perform paid consulting, computational harvesting services, model
      slicing services, or federated training for any client or commercial third party;
  (d) Using the Work in connection with fundraising, commercial ventures, token sales, initial
      coin offerings, or venture capital pitching without express written consent;
  (e) Internal operational use within any commercial enterprise, business, firm, or company.

4. MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION & INTEGRITY

You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, author attribution, patent notice,
trademark, or disclaimer contained within the Work. Any academic publication, technical
whitepaper, presentation, or public derivative must conspicuously carry the following notice:
  "Fractal: Distributed Computation Harvesting & Model Orchestration.
   Original Architect & Sole Copyright Owner: Ahmad Hassan (B-Ted),
   Fractal Compute Orchestrations (https://github.com/Fractal-Compute-Orchestrations)."

5. BREACH, INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, AND LEGAL REMEDIES
------------------------------------------------
5.1. Immediate Injunctive Relief:
You acknowledge that unauthorized use, commercial deployment, or copying of the Work causes
irreparable and continuing damage to the Licensor for which monetary remedies alone are inadequate.
Therefore, in the event of any breach, the Licensor shall be entitled to obtain immediate ex parte
injunctive relief, asset freezing orders, and preliminary injunctions from any court of competent
jurisdiction without the requirement of posting a bond.

5.2. Monetary Damages and Disgorgement:
In the event of willful infringement or commercial violation, the Licensor shall be entitled to
recover all actual damages suffered, all gross revenues and profits earned by You or your affiliates
arising directly or indirectly from the unauthorized use of the Work, statutory damages to the
fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and punitive damages.

5.3. Legal Fees and Costs:
If the Licensor initiates legal proceedings, DMCA enforcement, arbitration, or collection actions
to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the infringing
party all reasonable attorneys' fees, expert witness fees, court filing costs, and litigation expenses.

6. AUTOMATIC TERMINATION

Any breach of any term of this Agreement automatically terminates your license with immediate effect
without notice. Upon termination, You must immediately and permanently delete, destroy, and erase all
copies of the Work, its derivatives, and all related documentation from all storage devices and networks.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR
INCIDENTAL/CONSEQUENTIAL LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE WORK.

8. JURISDICTION & COMMERCIAL LICENSING INQUIRIES

This Agreement is governed by international intellectual property treaties (including the Berne
Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, and TRIPS Agreement).
