UltraGrid packet types

Current RTP packet types used by UltraGrid are following:

encrypted video with Reed-Solomon

Other packet types may be also used by UltraGrid in compatible mode - 0, 8, 26 (defined by RFC 3551), 96 (for H.264) and 97 (audio), both defined by SDP.
