Proposed Changes

• Follow-up to SEO tools: display the correct plan name in the SEO upsell #111849, replace the strings once all translations are updated.

• Switch to a popular non-English locale, like Spanish or Japanese, navigate to Jetpack->Traffic and confirm that the message is translated properly.
