Add ASSEMBLY/CONCEPT content types, rename all gerund section titles to noun phrases, convert .Prerequisites and .Procedure block titles to bold subheadings, remove callout markers and replace callout lists with bullet lists, fix RelatedLinks by removing For-X-see prefix and trailing periods, convert === nested headings to bold, and rewrite abstracts for IBM Style conformance. Vale: 0 errors, 0 warnings.
Sections 1-5 are tasks (gerund titles, .Prerequisites/.Procedure labels, PROCEDURE type). Section 6 is a configuration reference (REFERENCE type). Verified 0 errors/warnings on leben.py split output.
