Hi, I was running the nuclear protein coding genes annotation step (step number 24 in the manual), and everything was going fine but on the standard error I can read:
Widget::trnascan:
/app/LRSDAY-v1.7.0/build/tRNAscan-SE-1.3.1/bin/tRNAscan-SE -b -q /tmp/636849.1.all.q/maker_QaYygx/chrI.abinit_nomask.0 > /tmp/636849.1.all.q/maker_QaYygx/chrI.abinit_nomask.0.eukaryotic.trnascan
#-------------------------------#
tRNAscan1.4: main cannot open TPCsignal consensus file
tRNAscan could not complete successfully for chrI.
Possible memory allocation problem or missing file. (Exit code=256).
Despite this, the program finished correctly(apparently).
That error/problem, has an impact on the output?
How can I solve this?
Thanks in advance.
