Sample image dataset is unavailable

Describe the bug
The link for downloading the sample image dataset format expected by Xtreme1 leads to an unavailable Box page instead of the dataset archive.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://docs.xtreme1.io/xtreme1-docs/product-guides/upload-dataset
2. Click on https://app.box.com/s/hskeiv45ie1q3l6wubte6vaphreh76z3
3. See error: "This shared link to the file or folder has been deleted or is unavailable to you."

Expected behavior
The sample image dataset archive should be available for download.
