Privacy Policy and Terms do not work on sing up page, and question about accounts

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '[http://localhost:8190/'
2. Click on 'Sign Up'
3. Click on 'Privacy Policy and Terms'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Erro 404
