Installation for minio

Describe the bug
As described in bitnami/containers#89991, bitnami/minio has been moved to bitnamilegacy/minio. So minio image in docker-compose.yml should be modified to 'bitnamilegacy/minio:2022.9.1'

For anyone else running into this issue — I was able to get it working with:

image: bitnamilegacy/minio:2025.7.23-debian-12-r5
platform: linux/arm64

in the docker-compose.yml.
