Thank you so much for your invaluable contributions to mass spectrometry data analysis. I am writing to report an issue I encountered while using mzkit (version 20240917) to open imzML data.
While mzkit loads my imzML files, nothing happens afterward — the MS image fails to display. However, when I load the imzML sample data provided with mzkit, the MS image renders correctly.
I understand this issue may be caused by missing instrument information, resolution details, or experiment metadata in my imzML files. I noticed that versions updated after 2025 have addressed this problem. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the latest version of mzkit from "空间代谢组学.中国" .
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with the following:
Where can I obtain the latest version of mzkit?
How can I build/develop mzkit from the repository?
