Site Settings: VoiceOver settings that use the picker are not well described

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and toggle the setting on.
2. In the WordPress app, go to My Site > Settings > Discussion > Paging as an example.
3. Try to change the option using the picker.

Result: settings that use the picker are not well defined. (30s)
