Highlighting in Bear is not converted to markdown

Expected behavior

text that was highlighted in Bear will be highlighted in WP

Actual behavior

text is not highlighted.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Created a post in Bear
2. highlight content
3. share to publish in WP.
4. not highlight visible

Tested on [device], iOS [version], WPiOS [version]

iPhone 7 12.2 WPiOS 12.5.1

Just heard back from Bear that we'll have to do this conversion ourselves.

What tag should we convert it to? They suggested <mark>
