version 5.1.3.57 now allows you to open as many Analysis Windows as you like

Based on a user request, version 5.1.3.57 now allows you to open as many Analysis Windows as you like by double clicking an engine in the pop up dialog that comes up when you select either Configure Engines or Analysis Engine.. under the Tools menu. Three windows open below to illustrate this.

The Ok button closes the pop-up dialog. The Open Analysis button opens one Analysis Window and then closes the dialog. Just double clicking leaves the dialog open.
