Feature Request: Configurable Options for Wallaby Start Behavior

Currently, when starting Wallaby, Wallaby will open the Overview panel.

It would be good to introduce customizable options for what happens during start to better suit individual workflows.

Proposed Start Options:

• Open Wallaby Overview - Automatically open the Wallaby Overview when starting.
• Open Wallaby in Linked Mode - Automatically open Wallaby in Linked Mode.
• Do Nothing - No automatic action, providing a minimalistic experience.

Additional Considerations:

Flexibility: Allow users to enable multiple options simultaneously (e.g., open both Overview and Linked Mode).
Configuration: Add editor settings to manage these options easily.

To further this, I notice that the overview panel appears to open at other times as well - eg, starting debugging etc. I'm often finding I have to close it.

It would be good to be able to have it never open, always deferring to the linked mode.
