Here's an example with a 3.125mm square endmill, full pocket, inside, conventional milling, 0 additional offset, regarding all islands, and linking segments:

Interesting, it also seems to be ignoring stepover around the center boss and in some other places.
As I'm posting this, I zoomed in and measured, and it seems that it's not offsetting for the radius of the bit correctly either? The bit is 3.125, and the offsets seem to be 1.0 in the first and 1.5 in the second. I see the warning about offsetting, but there's nowhere to do that which I can see?
