Is vitest/types/import-meta still needed?

Getting back to #9870, I was looking around for where to put tests and stumbled on this file:

vitest/packages/vitest/import-meta.d.ts

Lines 1 to 5 in 755b4d9

That issue is closed as resolved, so can/should we remove it in Vitest 5?
