lyclminer.config not generated

The lyclminer.conf file cannot be created on my windows 10 computer for a reason. I've tried passing by thr notepad and saving it as a BAT file it didint work neither. Downloder the C++ nothing after either.

I have the same issue. Constantly get the OpenCL.dll and conf file error. Fresh install of Windows 10 with updated C++ redist.
