AsmProgram in config file overwritten as "none" at restart

Config file after: Device0 PCIeBusId = "40" PlatformIndex = "0" BinaryFormat = "amdcl2" AsmProgram = "none" WorkSize = "3145728"

All other config changes appear to stick.

HBCC needs to be off, it seems. Close issue.
