Please include errata on control IDs that were changed from 5.1.1

User Story:

As an OSCAL user, the changes in control IDs need to be documented too, on top of the new controls and modifications. For example, in 5.2 AC-20a.01 was previously AC-20a.1 in 5.1.1 these changes are crucial with our tool

Goals:

Documenting changes in control IDs provides a more accurate picture of the differences between 5.1.1 and 5.2

Acceptance Criteria

• All readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
