800-53 rev5.1.1 errors for AU-8(1) & AU-8(2) moved to SC-45(1) & SC-45(2)

Describe the bug

A community member reposted that the SP 800-53 rev5 (and later) catalog is not correctly represented in OSCAL since AU-8(1) and AU-8(2) do not show moved to SC-45(1) and SC-45(2) respectively.

Since SC-45, SC-45(1), SC-45(2) do not appear as baselined controls in SP 800-53B Table 3-18, 800-53B (baselines) are not affected, but double checking is recommended.

NOTE:
AU-8 had been Low+Moderate+High in SP 800-53rev4.
AU-8(1) had been Moderate+High in SP 800-53rev4.
AU-8(2) was not baselined in SP 800-53r4.
