Pre installed Lutris fails to run local games and install through exe using modern proton runners

I am running bazzite deck on steam deck.
I tried to run local games and install gog exes through the pre installed lutris and here are some of the errors i get:
1- using proton ge latest and proton ge cachyos:

1. Local preinstalled games run a second then crash.
2. Exe installers produce the error "Failed to match (proton path) with a container runtime.
   2- using ge-proton (default)
3. for preinstalls " proton is not compatible with 32 bit prefixes"
4. for exe installers"enviroment variable is bit set or is empty :protonpath"
   I tried all online solutions , the only thing that worked was the old wine ge runner
   And finally i tried the flatpak lutris and it worked perfectly with the runners
   So there is clearly an issue with system installed lutris on bazzite deck vs flatpak
