I'm on the iOS 27 beta, which may have something to do with it, but I don't know. The icons are visible if I switch to light mode.
In the settings view, icons for accent color, browser, reader mode, and additional support are all just black squares with no icon. Interestingly, the also only black-and-white GitHub icon does not have this problem, probably because the icon is not transparent.
