Javelin Rust TUI already handles large Lance-backed vector datasets. For Phase 1, add a "Spectral Dashboard" mode:

• Fingerprint timeline: scrollable view of spectral fingerprint history with diff highlighting
• Energy heatmap: per-entity Rayleigh energy visualization across the (\lambda_\tau) bands
• Drift alarm panel: real-time Kalman filter state with innovation sequence plot
• Schema graph view: table-level ERD with spectral health coloring (green/yellow/red)
