Need help with programmable card reset

Hello,

I have a program that communicates with a smart card. Sometime I receive the following response:

APDU response error: 6A82 (file not found)

When this happens, I need to perform a cold reset of the card. Is there a way to do this programmatically, without physically removing and reinserting the card?
