All workspaces are shown when launching an app

If you enable to show only workspaces with an active window then when you launch a new app the compact pager will briefly show all workspaces.

This might be caused because when a new app gets launched for a brief moment it doesn't have the workspace assigned. It might be good to wait for like 1 sec before checking if a workspace has an active app on it.

Can confirm, but unfortunately, I don't see an easy fix for that. That said, the way virtual desktops are handled in KDE is currently changing. When that's done, Plasma will probably offer a public API for virtual desktops, which will make this a lot easier. So this will probably/hopefully just fix itself with Plasma 6.7.
