Consider TiddlyPWA Hosting #363

Description

@simonbaird

I'm still learning about TiddlyPWA, but it seems neat. Could Tiddlyhost provide a backend for TiddlyPWA? Could it support creating a TiddlyPWA style "site"?

Next steps:

  • Try TiddlyPWA and learn more about how it works.
  • Consider how authentication/authorization might work with the existing Tiddlyhost login.
