Add `--disable` to k3s to disable traefik and local-storage on startup

Feature request description

It would be nice to be able to disable traefik and local-storage out of the box, so people could replace 'em with other gateway or CSI according to their needs.

Similarly how it's done in java modules.

I don't really get the point of that --tls-san and why they're do fs mapping, and binding cgroups.
Maybe it's something worth replicating for rust modules, as well.

Yeah... so, without adding a cgroup bind it won't work with local user docker and podman, and --tls-san is necessary for proper tls cert.

This does the trick, but not sure how to run with local podman.
