Describe the Bug

Nvidia-settings and nvidia-persistenced appear to be the required dependencies that are missing. Apologies for my lack of knowledge, it would appear that the builds for these dependencies failed a couple of days ago in commit ef6e67c. Thank you all for your time and your work.

To Reproduce

1. Sudo dnf update --refresh

Expected Behavior

dnf update should complete without skipping any packages or missing any dependencies.

Also, unrelated, but when I was installing new drivers with sudo dnf install dkms-nvidia nvidia-driver, dnf started installing some packages (like nvidia-cuda) that are for 580x nvidia drivers for some reason. I've solved this particular issue with excluding anything 580 with sudo dnf install dkms-nvidia nvidia-driver --exclude='*580xx*', but it seems like most of those packages like nvidia-cuda are not getting fetched with the right version at all after I've started trying to install those manually

nvidia-settings, nvidia-persistenced, nvidia-modprobe are still not updated to the 610.57 and are still on 610.43.03. I suspect nvidia-cuda stuff is still on .43 as well.

cuda driver and libs appear to be 610.57. nvidia-settings, nvidia-persistenced, and nvidia-modprobe look like the missing packages. now that I think about it, I'm surprised that nvidia-modprobe wasn't listed as a missing dependency in my dnf update. I guess it could be a dependency of one of the other packages that is missing.
