IVPN and Mullvad VPN

What software are you requesting to be packaged?
IVPN and Mullvad VPN. These are two VPN clients for Fedora Linux. They already have .RPMs but they are not included on official fedora repos and the user has to install the repos themselves.

Describe the motivation
These packages are not in the main Fedora repos so having them here will allow users to not have to install their repos, decluttering /etc/yum.repos.d.

both of these are GPL so they are redistributable. i'll look at how complex packaging would be in the next few days if nobody else gets to it.
