Dilema about unusual tactile

Hello,

I've recently downloaded this amazing app and it's been great. I go for walks, discover new parts of my city etc.

But today I came across a crosswalk. This crosswalk has cobblestones in two rows on both ends:

Now, I'm unsure whether to flag it as tactile or not. In the usual sense it isn't the ordinary tactile but I'm pretty confident that a sightless person could identify it as a crosswalk, or at least as a lowered sidewalk with "bumps on it".

This is not a single case. In my local area there are dozens of these. I met at least two people that are sightless and live nearby but that was before I'd downloaded the app and since then I haven't seen them to ask them about it.

What do you think? Mark it as tactile or not?

Edit: to make it a little clearer, the cobblestone is only at the crosswalk. The rest of the sidewalk is elevated and has concrete edge.

I would not consider this as tactile paving at all.

Maybe tactile_paving=primitive ? (cannot be added in SC, would require leaving note IIRC)

Yeah, you're right.

At first I was unsure but after a second thought I won't mark it as tactile as it does not even come close to a one.

I agree, it isn't tactile paving. If you really wanted to micromap that case, you could split the footway crossing the road to have that 10cm (or however long that is) be a separate way with surface=sett. But I personally probably wouldn't bother.
