Potential quest extension.

I want to use this to gather some extension ideas for existing quests that I had, where I am not sure if they work well. Mostly to gather feedback from the community.

Extending "Is this covered (protected from rain)?" to outdoor seating. This is a well established tag for this use.

The main issue I see here is that such a rain cover (for example an big Umbrella) could be temporary, for example only used in summer, or when it is raining. If a user would come at another time, they might add incorrect data.

On the other hand, most places I have seen still have the umbrella stands outside, even if they are not extended. How smart can we assume the user is?

Extending "Is there an air compressor available here?" to dive_centers. compressed_air= is well established, here.

However, the icon (a tire) does not fit well.
