How can I update the opening hours of a shop?

In the "Places" tab, selecting the POI and using ... I cannot update the hours of a shop. I cannot find it in other overlays either. How can I update the opening hours of a shop that already has opening hours defined?

You can't force to update opening_hours=* currently.
StreetComplete will ask you to resurvey opening hours automatically if the shop has not been touched for a year, though.

Though in SCEE you can enable editing tags, and once object is selected go to that special menu and delete OH tag. For shops it would typically cause OH quest to appear
