Hey, I'm an OSS developer who loves improving and/or building tools for other developers - what I call D2D work.
In the past, I worked on JavaScript tooling like adding ES6 and JSX support to the Acorn JavaScript parser, as well as shipping streaming optimisations for the long tail of the Web at Cloudflare.
In recent years, I've been actively involved in WebAssembly community & tooling - supporting developers as WebAssembly Developer Advocate at @GoogleChromeLabs, co-maintaining wasm-bindgen, contributing DX features and improvements to Emscripten, building the updated WebAssembly.org website, building tools like wasm-bindgen-rayon and serde-wasm-bindgen, shipping WebAssembly + WebUSB backend for libusb and more.
At the moment I'm working part time at @Cloudflare and doing WebAssembly contracting on the side, but would love to experiment with making OSS work sustainable on its own.
