[SpaceCore] HealthRegeneration ticks while game is tabbed out

I noticed that while I was tabbed out (not while the game was paused or in a menu), while the buff timer stayed the same, my actual health kept ticking. Sorry I don't have any videos or screenshots for this one. However in my case it was with a negative value with my health ticking down, I am assuming it works the same going up and probably with StaminaRegeneration too?

As an addendum to this: the other day I accidentally experienced the consequences of this. Tabbed back into the game and immediately died because my health had been ticking down lol
