The following are commercially available now:

• TMT 6‑plex Isobaric Mass Tagging Kit: Lower-plex option (6 channels).
• TMT 10/11‑plex Isobaric Label Reagent Set: The more “classic” TMT tag set allowing 10 or 11 samples.
• TMT 11‑131C Label Reagent (11‑plex variant): A specific variant enabling the 11th channel in the TMT10/11 family.
• TMTpro 16‑plex Label Reagent Set: Next-generation TMTpro reagent set for up to 16 samples.
• TMTpro 18‑plex Label Reagent Set: Enables multiplexing up to 18 samples (by adding TMTpro-134C & 135N tags).
• TMTpro 32‑plex (deuterated): Very high multiplexing (up to ~32–35 channels) using deuterated TMTpro reagents.
