What did you do?

1. Open either the Shaka Player official demo app or a custom application using macOS Safari.

• Demo link used: Angel One Demo

2. Play the DASH stream (https://storage.googleapis.com/shaka-demo-assets/angel-one/dash.mpd).
3. Manually change the video quality track while playing.
   (Note: This may not happen 100% on the first try, but attempting it a few times will reproduce the issue.)

What did you expect to happen?

Playback continues seamlessly from the current position after changing video quality.

What actually happened?

Upon changing video quality, the video momentarily rewinds, then fast-forwards rapidly back to the original playback position before resuming normal playback.
