1. Hover over the seekbar
2. Move my mouse from left to right

What did you expect to happen?

I expect the timestamp to be at the exact same position as me

I cannot reproduce it in the main branch, can you review in the nightly build? And in Chrome?

Does the Brave browser count because i can repro it in there too when using the nightly build

I can reproduce it in Chrome using a CPU throttling of 20x, I'll work on it the next monday.

I don't know if there's a way to fix it... because if I use requestAnimationFrame, the delay still exists at 20x, and the delay time originates from getBoundingClientRect. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? @KimKyuHoi
