We are experiencing playback issues specifically on LG NANO model TVs

@dextermapalya what's the keysystem? My bet is on Widevine.

I am aware of a known bug on the latest LG systems where await mediaKeySystemAccess.createMediaKeys(); gets rejected, which we map to 6002.

Can you reproduce this consistently? I've been looking for a while finding people who can reproduce this on the spot as I have only been able to experience this in monitoring logs.

Yes its reproducible all of the time across all NANO TVs

No, I don't. I doubt it's a bug in Shaka considering the system refused to boot up the underlying CDM. It's a black box but since you can reproduce, we could experiment and figure out if we can rely on some trickery. It's not that we haven't done that before (content workarounds is a good example).

Does PlayReady CDM boot? Change the preferred keysystems. If possible, I'm available on the video-dev Slack in case you want to debug together. As said, I have no way to reproduce this unfortunately.
