maldet 2.01 email template incorrect

I got the email below running LMD 2.01. It says monitor digest 1 threat at the top but then it says 0 threats below it.

It looks like the --report list and --json reports are different too. Here is from the same server. I'm not sure what all those duplicate monitor paths are?:
