Allow custom preprocessing of components for preview server

It would be nice to be able to modify how components are rendered, because if you are using custom mso outlook workarounds, the stuff is usually rendered twice, so maybe passing a function to filter certain tags could be used there 🤔

I know technically it's possible right now by handling the preview server manually, but nonetheless it would be nice if it came out of the box
