[11.0] Reset action saves the previous values

Impacted versions: 11.0

Steps to reproduce: Start to configure any product and press "Reset" in the middle of a configuration.

Current behavior: It turns you back to select the product template and once you select the template you were configuring (in order to start from the beginning again), it sends you to the step you were before restart and it holds the values of the attributes you have previously introduced.
At the end, click on restart button has the same behavior that closing the wizzard and clicking on Configure Button again.

Expected behavior: I expected once you click on restart button, to start again the configuration of the same product from the first step and having removed the values of the attributes previously introduced. I think this last behavior (remove previous values) is the most important in order to place the correct images to the new configuration. If it holds the old configuration, images does not match with the current one at the beginning.
