Greek support

Hello! First of all let me thank you for such an amazing font 🔥

I've noticed there are no Greek letters except for these three:

• α
• π
• μ

Would you consider expanding your work?

In case you need inspiration, there are several DIN-like fonts with Greek:

Unfortunately, I'm not short on inspiration, I'm short on time :-)

DINish usually follows the older design language, and the traffic signs look like excellent examples. Would you happen to know a type specimen of the highway signage, preferably in all three widths? I see quite some variations when browsing images of Greek road signs, including of course many set in Transport.

Anyway, unless someone contributes the glyphs, this is not likely to proceed fast. But it is high on my wish list!

Please check this public document by the Greek government. It has a section called "Constructive Designs of Letters and Numbers", starting from page 409.

It covers Condensed and Regular widths for both Greek and Latin glyphs. Unfortunately no Expanded :(

Ah, excellent! I had opened the PDF earlier, but I hadn't scrolled all the way down to page 409. As Greek is Greek to me, I thought you had included it for the embedded fonts... I have extracted the pages with the drawing specifications and attached them to this comment for future reference. Very helpful indeed!

The lack of drawing instructions for the Extended is not a huge obstacle, we'll just use the basic shapes of the Latin glyphs as a a model. In the end, that's how all glyphs get created: they have to match the Latin, and the Latin glyphs in DINish don't match DIN-1451 exactly either. It just helps a lot to have the historic background.

If I counted correctly, 19 glyphs will have to be drawn from scratch. I usually draw them in triples, so that I have them for all three widths. Then they have to be adjusted for the bold weight. That's 114 glyphs that need tender loving care. Then, the glyphs that can be composed from existing glyphs have to be made. Not as labor intensive as drawing them, but it still takes time. For Greek, creating the Italic glyphs can be automated, so that is not an obstacle. Finally, cross checks and administrative work. When Stefan Peev donated the Cyrillic fonts, just this last phase still took a couple of weeks. I'm working on this in my spare time, so even though it is now on top of the todo list and all the required shapes are documented, there is no guarantee for a time frame in which this will materialise.
