Uploaded video won't play

I set up an account, activated a free trial, created a new project, and uploaded a 140MB .MOV to test.

Video won't play 👎
Clicking the play video is unresponsive.

Note: changing to a 720p version allows me to play the video, so it just doesn't like the source material

what codec is that original video using @gruffvaughan? I just tried playing original and 720p from a video I uploaded and it works fine.
