Failing to download bikit_models: metadata.json not available?

Hi!
First of all, thanks in advance for the work in the toolkit :)

I am experiencing some troubles when trying to download the pretrained bikit models. It seems the metadata.json is necessary but it isno longer available at the master branch. See

metadata_url = "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/phiyodr/bikit-models/c8774504315b66819df5899fc49f519e99537a72/metadata.json"

This "does the job" with the metadata but still fails later due to wrong URLs and filenames (see), maybe I am missing something...

Hey Alexandre,
thanks for using bikit! We will change the structure of bikit by separating our model zoo (bikit-models) from bikit soon. We are currently really busy but we will implement this approximately in the mid of july. If you want to use pretrained models, please refer to bikit-models. By going through the demo notebook all should be clear.
