Access to SNAPSHOT artifacts on hitachiedge1.jfrog.io for external contributors

Hi, we are building on top of Mondrian and need access to hitachiedge1.jfrog.io/artifactory/pnt-mvn/ to resolve SNAPSHOT dependencies (11.1.0.0-SNAPSHOT). The old repo.orl.eng.hitachivantara.com is returning HTML pages and nexus.pentaho.org returns HTML for SNAPSHOTs. Could you provide read-only credentials or point us to an alternative public repository for SNAPSHOT artifacts?

same problem. You know, this all is not fair. Are you open source, or not? if not open source - go away from github. If you are open source - then please, do so that "mvn compile" works.
