Handle DeltaT is None in Exposure Times table

Seems that if no values are found for deltaT then the table row collapses to zero height which messes with alignment.

I am not sure if this is the snippet you wanted to have to test stuff out:

1. upload the image

2. create a "valid" DeltaT

# also set exposureTime

If we do not add the ExposureTime the whole block will just disappear when we set DeltaT to None.
