Move isLive switch out of settings so it's accessible when allowAdminChanges is false

When allowAdminChanges is set to false, you cannot access the YouTube Live Embed plugin settings. A better implementation would be to move isLive switch to a non-settings view in the Craft CP.

Although I agree, it is also easy to add a lightswitch field in your section and to use that in your template.
